The moment you enter the theater you will already get a feel of how Trump: The Musical is headed – that of pure silliness and mindless entertainment, and it does just that, as it successfully captures and engages the audience from that moment they walk in and up to when each exits the theater.
I don’t think anything else can be said of the brilliance of Jacque LaLonde’s latest Fringe offering, Trump the Musical, as the sold out shows speaks for itself. In fact, the show has gone beyond the Fringe already by staging 2 hold over shows a week after the Fringe officially closes.
The 32nd Vancouver Fringe Festival and its other 100+ shows continues until September 18, 2016. For show locations and times, Download the 2016 program guide, and if you can still get tickets, check out Trump:The Musical’s remaining performances at the Fringe, if not, head over to Studio 16, 1555 W. 7th Ave on September 23 for the hold over shows at 8:00 and 9:30 pm.
